Farm Lane, Fulham

We played a key role in the redevelopment of Farm Lane for Hammersmith & Fulham Council. Our work, both externally and internally, helped deliver 31 new energy-efficient homes on a previously vacant brownfield site. The development comprises 16 affordable homes, including 10 social rent and six shared ownership properties, alongside 15 private homes. We were instrumental in the building achieving Passivhaus standards.
